In this Privacy Policy, we set data protection standards and describe how information from Client (“Client“) is collected, used, maintained and disclosed by Innovita Research. This privacy policy applies to the website (“Site“) and all services offered by Innovita Research. The aim of this Privacy Policy is to provide adequate and consistent safeguards for the handling personal data of potential client’s and existing clients’ data within Innovita Research and its affiliated entities in accordance with the requirements of General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, “GDPR“) and other applicable data protection laws.

Collection and storage of personal information

We may collect personally-identifying information, including the IP address and other internet service provider related information, when Client:

  • Fills a form.

Before submitting photos with other individuals to the Innovita Research shall get their permission.

We will store the Client’s personal data for the duration of the agreement and limitation period as defined by applicable law or until the consent for direct marketing or other consent-based data processing is revoked.

We may use Client’s email to send Client information, updates, respond to inquiries, questions, promotional material, etc. If the Client participates in a mailing list, the Client may receive company news, updates for related products or services, offerings, etc. The client may choose to unsubscribe from the Site mailing list at any time by using detailed instructions provided in each mailing list email or by contacting us using email [email protected].

We are making our best efforts to implement various technical and organizational measures to protect the Client’s personal information while the Client uses Innovita Research services. We are committed to taking appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, unlawful processing, accidental loss or damage, and unauthorized destruction. However, there are no completely secure methods for transmitting, processing and storing digital information and, therefore, we cannot guarantee that information will never be misused. The client must also ensure the appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data protection and compliance with applicable data protection law on his side.

To take advantage of the right to be forgotten Client must contact us with a request to delete his or her personal data from our servers. Upon such a request, we will erase all personal data the Client has provided to us.

Principles for processing personal data

We respect the privacy rights and interests of each Client. Innovita Research and its affiliated entities will abide by the following principles when processing personal data:

Client’s rights

If any personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, the Client may request to correct the data. It is the Client’s sole responsibility to provide us with accurate personal data about him or her and to inform of any changes.

If Client demonstrates that the purpose for which the data is being processed is no longer legal or appropriate, the data will be deleted, unless the law requires otherwise.

If the Client’s personal data processing for a particular purpose is based on his/her consent, then the Client has the right to revoke his/her consent for such processing at any time and we will stop the processing of his/her personal data for such purpose immediately. The Client has the right to request and get his/her personal data processed by us in a computer-readable format.

We will respond free of charge to Clients’ requests regarding their personal data processing without undue delay at the latest within one month. We may reject such a request if they will be considered unfounded or excessive, in which case we will provide rejection arguments.

Sharing of personal information

We do not disclose the Client’s personal information to anyone except if we believe it is necessary to comply with the law, enforce our policies, or protect our or others’ legal rights. This does not include trusted third parties which help us to operate our business and services as long as they agree to keep Clients’ personally-identifying information confidential. We will require external third-party suppliers to comply with the Privacy Policy standards or to guarantee at least the same level of protection as ours when handling personal data. Such selected third parties will have access to certain personal data solely for the purposes of performing the services specified in the applicable contract. If we conclude that a supplier is not complying with these obligations, we will promptly take appropriate actions. Non-personally identifying information may be shared with third parties for marketing and other uses.

By using this website, Client consent to the processing of data about Client by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

This site also uses Hotjar in order to better understand the visitors needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.).
